Presentation Redesign Dubai
Turn an outdated deck into a clear, polished presentation without starting from zero. You already have the presentation — the content, the numbers, and often the story. The problem is that the deck does not look or read the way it should. 10turtle provides Presentation Redesign Services in Dubai for businesses, founders, sales teams, consultants, agencies and organizations that want to turn an existing presentation into a cleaner, more consistent and more professional deck. Same business. Same message. Better presentation.

What it is
What is presentation redesign?
Presentation redesign is the process of taking an existing slide deck and rebuilding its visual structure without unnecessarily changing the underlying message. The focus is on improving layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, charts, tables, images, icons, brand consistency, slide structure, readability and information density.
The goal is to make the same information easier to understand. A redesign is different from creating a presentation from scratch — you already have the content and structure, and we improve how that content is presented.
What's included
What is included in a presentation redesign?
Full slide redesignEach slide is reviewed and rebuilt according to the approved design direction — layout, alignment, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, content grouping and consistency — so every slide feels like it belongs to the same presentation.
Visual cleanupBlurry images, low quality graphics, outdated icons, inconsistent illustrations, random shapes, poorly cropped photos and mixed visual styles replaced or cleaned where appropriate.
Chart redesignBar, line, pie, area, comparison, KPI, financial, growth and market charts redesigned so the important point is easier to see — communicating the takeaway rather than forcing the audience to decode it.
Typography and layout cleanupHeading styles, body text, captions, labels, font sizes, weights and line spacing standardized, with crowded slides rebuilt around one main idea, clear sections, stronger hierarchy and appropriate negative space.
Brand alignmentThe deck aligned with your existing logo, colour palette, typography, brand guidelines, imagery, iconography and visual language — or updated to match a newly refreshed identity.
Editable handoverThe redesigned presentation delivered in the agreed editable format — PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or Figma — so your team gets a usable deck rather than flattened images.
Fast turnaround optionWhen you have a meeting coming up, we can assess whether a light cleanup or full redesign is feasible against your deadline before scope is finalized.
How we work
Presentation redesign process
1Send your existing deck
We start with the presentation you already have — PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Figma, PDF or other editable formats. An editable source file is preferable when available.
2Deck audit
We review visual consistency, slide hierarchy, content density, typography, charts, images, branding, layout, flow and readability, and identify what should be redesigned first.
3Scope and design direction
We determine whether the deck needs light visual cleanup, full redesign, structural improvement, chart redesign, brand alignment, content trimming or deeper narrative work — then redesign representative slides to establish direction before the full rebuild.
4Full redesign
The approved visual direction is applied across the presentation. Every slide is reviewed individually for consistency without making every slide look identical.
5Data refinement and review
Charts, tables, diagrams and images are cleaned up. You review the redesigned deck and we refine layout, content density, hierarchy, charts, brand details and slide consistency within the agreed revision scope.
6Final production and handoff
Where applicable we check slide titles, reading order, readability and contrast, then deliver the redesigned presentation in the agreed editable format.
Why it matters
Your deck may not need a new story
Sometimes the content is already right. The problem is hidden inside the presentation — a crowded chart, a weak headline, five competing elements, three different fonts, or a table nobody wants to read.
Keep the work you have
Preserve core content, business information, data, product information and approved claims while improving how people experience them.
Clearer and more consistent
Better hierarchy, cleaner charts and aligned branding so the deck reads as one presentation again.
Ready for the meeting
Upgrade an existing deck without spending time rebuilding the entire presentation from the beginning.
Who this is best for
When should you redesign a presentation?
Best fit when
Your deck looks dated, slides are too crowded, the presentation lacks consistency, charts are difficult to understand, the presentation is too text heavy, your company has updated its brand, you have a meeting coming up, or repeated edits have created inconsistent slides.
When redesign is not the right solution
You may need a new presentation if you do not have an existing deck, the current story is fundamentally wrong, important sections are missing, the audience or purpose has changed significantly, the business case needs to be rebuilt, or the content needs extensive rewriting. If you want a reusable system for future decks, see Custom Presentation Templates. If you are raising capital and the investor logic also needs review, a Pitch Deck engagement may be more appropriate.
FAQs
Common questions about presentation redesign
How much does presentation redesign cost?
There is no single price for every deck. Scope depends on slide count, design complexity, number of charts and tables, amount of visual cleanup, content density, brand complexity, number of revisions, required format and deadline. A light cleanup is different from rebuilding every slide. Pricing depends on slide count and depth of rework, with scope agreed after reviewing the deck.
How long does presentation redesign take?
Timing depends on the number of slides and depth of redesign. A small deck with straightforward layouts can move faster than a large deck containing complex charts, tables, diagrams and dense content. If you have a specific meeting deadline, share it before the project begins so the scope and schedule can be assessed realistically.
Should I redesign my deck or start over?
If the content and story are usable but the deck looks dated or cluttered, redesign is usually the logical starting point. If the story is fundamentally wrong, important sections are missing or the purpose has changed, a new presentation may be better. We can tell you which direction makes more sense after reviewing the existing deck.
Will you change my content?
By default, the focus is design. We keep the existing message and content where it works. We may flag slides that are too dense, unclear or structurally weak. If you want deeper content rewriting or narrative restructuring, that should be included in the scope.
Can you redesign my existing PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote deck?
Yes. PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote are supported presentation formats. We can redesign the slides and return an editable presentation where the agreed scope supports it.
Can you redesign a PDF?
A PDF can be useful as a visual reference. However, an editable source file is preferable when the final presentation needs to remain editable. If only a PDF exists, we can assess what can realistically be reconstructed.
Can you redesign charts and tables?
Yes. Charts can be rebuilt to improve hierarchy, readability and visual emphasis. Tables can be improved for hierarchy and readability, or we can recommend a different visual format where appropriate. The underlying data should be supplied in an editable or sufficiently clear format.
Can you redesign investor, sales, board or company profile decks?
Yes. If an investor deck has a sound story, we can redesign it; if the investor narrative itself needs significant work, a pitch deck engagement may be a better fit. We can also redesign sales decks, company profiles and board or executive presentations containing strategy, performance, financial and decision focused content.
Can you make the presentation editable?
Yes. The current presentation service supports editable delivery in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and Figma. The exact editable format depends on the project.
Can you redesign a presentation in our existing brand or update it to a new brand?
Yes. We can work from your existing logo, colour palette, typography and brand guidelines. If your company recently refreshed or redesigned its identity, we can apply the new system to the existing presentation.
Can you create Arabic and English presentations?
Yes. We can create or redesign bilingual presentations where the approved Arabic and English content is supplied. The layout needs to accommodate different text lengths and right to left content where applicable.
Can you make the presentation accessible?
We can incorporate accessibility aware design practices such as meaningful slide titles, logical reading order, alternative text and readable colour and typography choices. Accessibility requirements vary by organization and jurisdiction, so we do not treat design work as a blanket legal compliance certification.
Can you redesign the presentation quickly before a meeting?
Potentially. The feasibility depends on slide count, complexity, source files and the deadline. The deadline should be shared before scope is finalized so the required turnaround can be assessed honestly.
Can you create a template after redesigning the deck?
Yes. If your team needs to create future presentations using the same visual system, we can extend the redesigned deck into a reusable presentation template.
