Conference and Keynote Presentation Design Dubai
Presentation design built for the stage, the room and the speaker. A conference presentation is not a document — it is a live experience. Your audience is listening to you while looking at the screen. 10turtle creates Conference and Keynote Presentation Design in Dubai for speakers, executives, founders, companies, event teams and brands preparing for live presentations. Your slides should support the speaker, not compete with the speaker.

What it is
What is conference and keynote presentation design?
Conference and keynote presentation design is the creation of visual slides for a live presentation delivered to an audience. The slides are designed around the speaker, the audience, the stage, the venue, the presentation story, the speaking pace, the screen size, the visual hierarchy and the key message.
A keynote slide usually does not need to contain everything the speaker is saying. The speaker provides the explanation. The screen provides the visual reinforcement. That is why stage presentations often use large imagery, large typography, short statements, simple diagrams, strong visual moments, clear transitions, focused data and minimal clutter — separated from business decks that need to be read independently.
What's included
What is included?
Big screen slide designStage presentations need to be readable from a distance. We consider typography size, contrast, visual hierarchy, image scale, content density, screen proportions and viewing distance — designed for the room rather than only for a laptop.
Minimal text slidesA keynote slide should rarely become a document. We reduce long content into one statement, one statistic, one idea, one visual, one question or one takeaway — with the supporting explanation remaining with the speaker.
Keynote presentation animationAnimation can be useful when it supports the story — simple reveals, sequential builds, diagram animations, image transitions, number and product reveals, and section transitions that control when information appears.
Presentation storytellingA keynote is a sequence. We map the presentation into opening, context, problem, insight, idea, evidence, example, action and closing — so each beat has a clear purpose.
Opening, section and closing slidesA strong opening around speaker, event, title, brand and theme; section transition slides that create breathing room; and a closing slide with a final statement, call to action, key message or next step.
Speaker first, slides secondWe avoid slides that require the audience to spend their attention reading paragraphs while the speaker is talking. The deck provides visual reinforcement, key numbers, supporting diagrams and strong statements.
Presenter ready filesDelivery can include PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, PDF, editable source files, speaker notes, presentation assets and supporting media — organized for the speaker or event team.
How we work
Conference keynote presentation process
1Talk and audience
We begin with presentation topic, event, audience, speaker, presentation length, main message and desired audience response — what the presentation is supposed to accomplish.
2Content review and story beats
We review existing slides, speaker notes, script, outline, research, data and brand assets, then break the presentation into logical beats with a clear purpose for each.
3Creative direction and signature slides
We develop the visual direction — typography, colour, imagery, layout, graphic language, animation and transitions — and build important slides first such as opening, major statement, data moment, product reveal and closing.
4Full slide development
We build the remaining presentation around the approved direction — visual slides, charts, diagrams, images, screens, animations, transitions and section slides.
5Speaker review and rehearsal
The speaker reviews the presentation in context. Where possible we rehearse alongside delivery to identify pacing, builds, transitions and visual density issues.
6Technical preparation and stage handoff
We prepare the presentation for the agreed delivery format — file organization, fonts, media, slide dimensions, presenter notes, animation and final export — then deliver to the speaker or event team.
Why it matters
Your keynote should feel like a live experience
A conference presentation should not feel like someone opened a report on a giant screen. It should feel like a presentation — strong opening, clear story, visual rhythm and enough space for the speaker to actually speak.
Supports the speaker
Slides reinforce the message with visual moments instead of competing for attention with walls of text.
Readable from the room
Typography, contrast and scale are designed so important information remains visible from the back of a large venue.
Memorable visual rhythm
Signature moments — a powerful opening, surprising statistic, product reveal or final message — create impact through contrast, not by making every slide dramatic.
Who this is best for
The right fit
Best fit when
You are preparing conference presentations, keynotes, executive or leadership talks, product launch keynotes, exhibition or panel slides, or hybrid and virtual event presentations — including Dubai conferences, corporate events and bilingual Arabic and English keynotes. We design for speakers, executives, founders, companies, event teams and brands presenting live.
You might not need this
A keynote deck should not simply be a normal business deck placed on a large screen. If the deck needs to persuade investors, see Pitch Deck Design Dubai. If the audience needs to study dense financial numbers, see Board and Investor Relations Presentation Design Dubai. If the presentation will be sent to prospects after the meeting, a sales deck may be more suitable.
FAQs
Common questions
Can you redesign an existing keynote?
Yes. If you already have a presentation, we can review the structure, remove clutter, rework slide hierarchy, improve visual storytelling, redesign key slides, rebuild charts, improve imagery, add animation where useful and prepare presenter ready files.
Can you work from a speech or script?
Yes. A speech, script or outline can provide the foundation for the slide story. We can identify major beats, key statements, visual opportunities, data moments, section changes and the closing message.
Can you create slides from an existing PowerPoint?
Yes. We can work from existing PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, speaker notes, Word documents, scripts or presentation outlines. The amount of redesign depends on the condition of the source material.
Can you create animations?
Yes. Animation can be used for progressive reveals, diagram builds, product reveals, number sequences, image transitions and section transitions. Animation should support the talk rather than become the focus.
Can you create speaker notes?
Yes. Where useful, we can organize speaker notes alongside the audience facing slides. Notes can include supporting information, prompts and presentation cues.
Can you prepare PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides files?
Yes. PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides are supported presentation formats. The final presentation can be delivered as editable files where included in the project scope.
Can you create the entire presentation?
Yes. We can work from a blank outline, existing content, script or rough slides covering story structure, slide planning, visual direction, slide design, data visualization, graphics, animation, speaker notes and final presentation files.
Can you work with an event production company?
Yes. We can coordinate the presentation files around the technical specifications supplied by the event production team. The event production team remains responsible for the venue equipment, display system and final playback environment.
What do you need from the speaker?
Useful inputs include presentation topic, audience, event details, presentation duration, speaker information, existing script or outline, existing slides, data, brand guidelines, images, product assets and event specifications.
How many slides should a keynote have?
There is no universal slide count. The right number depends on presentation duration, speaking pace, story structure, animation, audience, content and event format. The objective is not to maximize slide count — it is to create the right visual rhythm for the talk.
How much animation should a keynote use?
Enough to support the story. Not enough to distract from it. Animation can be useful for revealing information in the same sequence that the speaker explains it. It should have a purpose.
Can you create bilingual Arabic and English keynotes?
Yes. We can prepare English, Arabic, bilingual or separate language versions with adapted layouts for different text lengths. A bilingual presentation should be designed deliberately rather than simply replacing text.
